Cancellation

Cancellation of reservations will result in a charge of the full fare. Hourly trips will be charged the transfer/initial stop + the 2 hours minimum ($40 /hr).  A no-show fee for the full fare will be charged when a passenger fails to arrive at the pickup location. Please call us at +1-747-247-7678 and let us know that you cannot find your driver. Our drivers are well instructed and will always be at the designated pick up area. Passengers are always given instructions on how to find their drivers before arriving at one of the airports we service. The same rules apply to pickups everywhere else. We offer extremely reliable services and have never failed to meet our passengers. 

A $25 rescheduling fee will apply when rescheduling economy sedan transfers or hourly trips (economy sedan).

A $40 rescheduling fee will apply when rescheduling economy van transfers or hourly trips (economy van).

A $45 rescheduling fee will apply when rescheduling luxury sedan transfers or hourly trips (luxury sedan).

A $50 rescheduling fee will apply when rescheduling luxury SUV transfers or hourly trips (luxury SUV).

A $90 rescheduling fee will apply when rescheduling long distance trips out-of-state (Massachusetts). No exceptions will be made. Rescheduling solely depends on vehicle and driver’s availability. To reschedule your trip you must call +1-747-247-7678.

Cancellations and rescheduling of LUXURY SEDANS AND SUVs must me done 48 HOURS before the original scheduled pick up time. 

FOR EXAMPLE: If you have a pick up scheduled for Friday at 11:59 AM September/29/2017, you must call us and reschedule your transfer/trip no later than Wednesday at 11:59 AM September/27/2017 (48 hours before). Anything after that will be considered as a transfer/trip taken. No refunds will be issued. 

WE DO NOT ISSUE MONEY REFUNDS. WE ALLOW YOU TO RESCHEDULE YOUR TRIP/TRANSFER AS LONG AS THE RULES MENTIONED ABOVE ARE OBSERVED. 

NATURAL DISASTERS OR AN “ACT OF GOD” ARE THE ONLY INSTANCES WHERE A MONEY REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLED TRIPS/TRANSFERS. A REFUND CAN TAKE UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE PROCESSED. 

We will not CHARGE YOU A RESCHEDULING FEE if your trip/transfer needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather, natural disaster or an “act of GOD”. We will consider it on a case by case basis. We may ask you for proof before evaluating your request. You will have 30 days to reschedule and use your credits for a trip cancelled due to these extra ordinary circumstances. 

Additional Stops

ADDITIONAL STOP UP TO 1.5 MILES PER STOP – It means that each stop must be on route and no more than 1.5 miles away from the route between point A and B. Tolls are not included.

ADDITIONAL STOP 1.5 – 3.0 MILES PER STOP –  It means that each stop must be on route and between 1.5 and 3.0 miles away from the route between point A and B. Tolls are not included.

Stops are limited to 4 on single transfers.

Wait time

After a 10 minute wait (grace period) $5 will be added for every 10 minutes our driver has to wait for a passenger at his home, work place, event and any other place that is not the airport.

After a 30 minute (grace period) $5 will be added for every 10 minutes our driver has to wait for a passenger in a domestic flight.

After a 45 minute (grace period) $5 will be added for every 10 minutes our driver has to wait for a passenger in an international flight.

We make use of systems that tell us exactly when: a plane has landed, is at a gate, doors are open and luggage is available at the baggage claim area.

These fees do not apply to “Act of God” situations, natural disaster and when a customer’s flight is delayed due to mechanical problems or inclement weather.

YOU SHOULD CONSIDER AN HOURLY TRIP IF YOU ARE ON AN OPEN ENDED SCHEDULE AND REQUIRE MORE TIME THAN IN A SIMPLE POINT “A” TO POINT “B” TRANSFER. 

Payments

Payments are due upon booking. Payments can be made using VISA, MasterCard, Discover or AMEX through your online account or direct invoicing. A receipt and booking confirmation will be emailed to you once your payment is received24x7Airport.com is fuly PCI compliant.

Payments will be adjusted when our drivers have to wait more than expected as described under the “WAIT TIME CLAUSE”. A rescheduling fee will be added to your original reservation if you reschedule your transfer/hourly trip due to circumstances other than the ones where we do not charge a rescheduling fee.

Airport Fees / Tolls

All airport fees and tolls are included in your fare cost.

Vehicle Changes

We will gladly make changes to you reservation based on your vehicle needs. Keep in mind that we might not have a specific vehicle available for you. Reservations are made on a “first come, first serve” basis. We will not issue a refund based on vehicle change requests of vehicles that are not available. Please see instructions on how our cancellation policy works.

Damages

Damage done by a passenger to the inside or outside of our vehicles carry a fine equal to the cost to fix the vehicle plus all the revenue lost due to the vehicle being temporarily out of service. Please be considerate of cars, drivers and the work we put in to present you with the best and cleanest cars in the industry. Please gently close the doors of our vehicles. Need something? Alcoholic Beverages/ Smoking / Food and Drinks / Others

We strictly prohibit passengers from carrying open bottles or cups containing alcoholic beverages inside our vehicles. PLEASE DO NOT INSIST.

Smoking is prohibited inside of our vehicles.

Food is prohibited inside our vehicles. You are welcome to bring in your cup of coffee or non-alcoholic beverage as long as it inside of a bottle with a cap or a cup with a lid on top of it.

24x7Airport.com and its affiliates do not provide child safety seats. Parents and guardians of children traveling in 24x7Airport.com vehicles or its affiliates are responsible for providing and installing child safety seats.

These additional items are prohibited inside 24x7Airport.com vehicles and its affiliates: glass containers, pepper spray, self-defense non-lethal weapons, tasers, firearms, explosives and fireworks.

Under any circumstances 24x7Airport.com or any of its subcontractors or affiliates shall be liable or responsible for damages of any kind caused by any delay in performance or failure to perform, in whole or in part, any of their obligations in connection with the services, where such delay or failure is due in part to fire, earthquake, weather, traffic, road construction, strikes, government sanctioned embargo, flood, act of God, act of war or terrorism, act of any public authority or sovereign government, civil disorder, delay caused by any air or ground passenger carrier, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of 24x7Airport.com, its subcontractors and affiliates.

Hourly Trips

You must start with a transfer reservation in order to book an hourly trip. When booking a trip, select the date, pick up location, drop off location / initial stop, number of passengers and mark it as ONE WAY. You will then proceed to select a vehicle on the next page. After selecting the vehicle of your choice, you will have the option of selecting how many hours you will need your driver for. Keep in mind that you will need to select a minimum of 2 (two) hours in order to book an hourly trip. The timer/meter will start upon arrival at your initial stop. The maximum number of hours for an hourly trip is 12 hours per reservation and every 24 hours.

Please call us at +1-747-AIRPORT (247-7678) before booking your hourly trip IF any of your stops or if the drop off/final stop is outside of the greater Boston area or anywhere else within 500 mile radius.

You final stop can be your original pick location or any other location you choose within the greater Boston area (our area of coverage). The greater Boston area includes: Arlington, Belmont, Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Lexington, Newton, Waltham, Watertown, Wayland, Wellesley and Weston.

IF THE NUMBER OF HOURS IS EXCEEDED, YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL HOURS AT THE RATE OF $40 PER HOUR. Please inform us of all your planned stops (probable stops as well) when booking your hourly trip. Use the “notes” area on the checkout page to list all your stops and addresses. Extra hours can only be used upon vehicle availability. 

Gratuities

A gratuity, along with fees and tolls is already added at every trip booked through our site, telephone an invoicing system. If your driver provided you with a safe ride from point A to B, in a clean vehicle and in a timely and cordial manner he/she, per industry standards, should be tipped. Our fares are the lowest in the entire industry in order to stay competitive and to make sure our drivers are always well rewarded for their hard work.
